Mallory is a Certified Psychosomatic Therapist & Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and is passionate about helping others understand the relationship between their body and mind through the tradition of Yoga and somatically oriented therapies. She considers herself a compassionate, sensitive soul and feels it is a great privilege to witness her clients discover an empowering relationship with their inner and outer world.
Utilizing the Psychosomatic Process Mallory assesses the unique needs of each individual’s body-mind and works together with them to create a care plan suited to their goals for personal transformation. Mallory views the healing process as one that takes into account the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of the individual and carries a deep respect for the lived experience of each person she works with.
She believes that relationships build the foundation of our life and supports her clients in cultivating a connection with their true nature, and authentic self. Her clients often report feeling a greater sense of self awareness, clarity and freedom in their lives. Her thirst for knowledge inspires her practice and is dedicated to a life of learning to better serve her clients. Her current and ongoing studies include Yoga Therapy and Somatic Experiencing which she now includes in her individual and group offerings.
Mallory lives in Saskatoon, SK located on Treaty 6 Territory and the Homeland of the Metis where she shares her life with her partner Chady, step-children and kitty babies Willow and George.
