Lindsay will be leading our early morning classes, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6am.
Lindsay began practicing yoga in 2002 and was instantly hooked by the physical challenge. She now realizes it’s the clarity, peace and connection that yoga brings to her life that she loves the most.
She began her teaching journey in 2006 completing a 200 hour intensive in Baja, Mexico under Shane Perkins. She has continued her training while travelling and is Yoga Alliance certified in Vinyasa, Baptiste Power Vinyasa, Pre and Post Natal, Hatha and is a registered Massage Therapist. She regularly seeks opportunities to continue her education in Yoga and the healing arts. She spent 10 years travelling and teaching throughout Costa Rica and the Caribbean.
She will be guiding students through movement with each breath, focus within, quieting the mind and strengthening body and spirit. She enjoys teaching beginners and experienced yogis alike, having an understanding and eye for body mechanics and offering modifications and adjustments so all levels can participate.
Yoga does not require flexibility; just a willingness to learn and coming to the mat as you are, physically, mentally and emotionally. Lindsay believes wholeheartedly in the power of yoga in our lives and is truly grateful to share this practice and space with others.
