Jordan leads our weekly Wednesday 12pm class, a 60-minute Gentle Hatha. You can expect to move with breath, work on balance, and strengthen your body through deliberate movement, with plenty of variation and modification options. This is an all levels class.
Jordan started practicing yoga as a kid with Sasha Regier at Satya Yoga in Swift Current to compliment her progress in gymnastics. She enjoyed it so much she obtained her 200-hour teaching certificate through Satya Yoga as well. She has since moved from a strong Vinyasa/Ashtanga practice to a more subtle, deliberate gentle practice, which is what she teaches weekly.
In her spare time, Jordan enjoys the outdoors with her partner and sweet dog, Prima. We think you’ll connect with her kind personality and gentle way of teaching, paired with a focus on safe movement for all bodies.
