COVID-19 has affected everyone in ways many of us never expected.

We take COVID very serious and all decisions we’ve made have been carefully thought out with risks/benefits weighed.  If you have any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Jen (306-281-2552), she will be happy to discuss any part of our reopening plan/protocols and is open to feedback and discussion.

Oct 1st Update

– Effective Oct 1st, we require proof of COVID-19 vaccination as per the most recent Government mandate:

  • Proof of two vaccines is required.  This can be the card received during your vaccination, your MyeHealth QR code, or the detailed information in MyeHeath showing name, vaccinations, dates.

– Negative tests provided by a healthcare professional and administered within 72 hours will be accepted to practice. The negative test must have a printed proof with date and name of provider.  Test administration date must be noted.

– Until further direction is received from the Government, anyone with one COVID vaccine with be required to provide a negative test result to practice.

– Masks must be worn in all common areas.  Any members and instructors who have shown proof of two vaccines are welcome to remove their masks once on their mat to practice, replacing their masks to leave the studio.

The following practices will remain the same;

  1. We have placed markers on the floor for 14 spots for members in each class. (this is 50% capacity allowing 2-3m between members)
  2. We still have props available.  We spray all props with medical-grade hydrogen peroxide disinfectant after each use.  We also launder all blankets, pillow cases, eye covers, etc after each use in the washer/dryer in studio.
  3. We have mats available for you to borrow, if needed.  We will ask you to leave the mats after class and we will clean them ourselves.
  4. You will find hand sanitizer throughout the studio available for your use.  It is in 9 different areas so it’s easily accessible for everyone.
  5. We ask that if you are feeling unwell, please refrain from practicing with us until you are well.  If you are required to isolate or fall ill, we will be happy to pause your membership until you can return.
Let’s all be kind to each other and consider that we are all doing the best we can in uncertain times with the information and knowledge we each have.
