You will find Mallory leading a Yoga Nidra class every Monday evening at 8:30pm.

Mallory Dawn is a Certified Psychosomatic Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher. She is passionate about helping others understand the relationship between their body and mind through the art of Yoga and the Psychosomatic Process. 

Mallory’s personal healing journey began in 2009 when she was diagnosed with a tumor on her Pituitary gland. After exploring medical interventions that worsened her physical condition and mental health she turned to alternative therapies. Mallory found healing through the practice of Yoga and Psychosomatic Therapy as she learned how to connect with and listen to the wisdom of her body and train her mind. Her personal journey into health inspired her to become certified in Yoga and Psychosomatic Therapy. After finding deeper healing using food as Medicine Mallory continued her studies in Health Coaching and has been an advocate for the healing power of foods ever since. 

Utilizing the Psychosomatic Process Mallory assesses the unique needs of each individual’s body-mind. Working with the holistic model of health she views the healing process as one that takes into account the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of her clients. She believes that relationships build the foundation of our life and empowers her clients to become aligned with their authentic self and develop a deeper sense of self awareness leading to more clarity and greater sense of freedom in body and in mind. 

Mallory’s thirst for knowledge inspires her practice and is dedicated to a life of learning to better serve her clients. Her current and ongoing studies include Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga Therapy, Herbal Medicine, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Neurolinguistic Programming.
