Jen's passion lies in Yin and Restorative yoga.
Since the first yoga class Jen attended, she knew she wanted to someday lead others in their practice.
After completing her 200-hr Teacher Training in Costa Rica, she mentored under Carla Duval-Tyler, expanding her knowledge and honing her teaching skills. She then attended a 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Vancouver with Bernie Clark, followed by Restorative Yoga Teacher Training with Lynette Suchar. Most recently, Jen completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course, as well, she became a Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator, all through Mindful Leader.
Most, if not all, classes Jen teaches will have some element of Yin or Restorative. She believes deeply in the physical and psychological benefits of both practices.
