This class is a gentle approach to Vinyasa Flow. The instructor will guide you at a slower pace and poses are accessible for all bodies, with modified/accessible variations of the Sun Salutations. Whether you are new to Vinyasa Yoga or if you need to slow down but still want to move around, this class is for you! This may be a great starting point before a Vinyasa Flow class.
