A slow-paced mobility-type class, great for beginners.  All levels welcome! We have Yin on our schedule every single day!!


This is a great place to start a vinyasa practice!  Watch for this class type as our Wildcard Wednesday or catch Catie or Carla on Tuesdays and Thursdays!


Vinyasa flow classes will start slow, with breath or a short meditation, time to settle in, then move to standing poses, including Sun Salutations.  The instructor will guide you through each pose, moving to seated and lying poses before ending with Savasana.


Yang/Yin is a combination of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.  Each instructor will bring their own creativity to each class in how they combine the two, you will move and you will rest.  Great for all levels!


Restorative yoga is exactly as it sounds, an opportunity to relax so deeply and completely that you are able to restore physically and mentally.  You will be guided into each pose in this class then rest, with props and supports, for 10-20 minutes before changing positions.


The practice of Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) is an ancient art that is used to support individuals on their path of self discovery, acceptance and transformation.  This deeply restorative practice supports ideal functioning of the nervous system and promotes health through stress management as it aids the body in relaxation and restoration.  It is said that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3-4 hours of your deepest sleep.
