Cheryl comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience, especially with Kids and Family Yoga.

She started practising yoga with her mama at St. Peter’s College gym as a young girl, maybe 10 years old. She wondered what these magical poses were all about; animals and nature, fun games! She returned to yoga in her thirties to help with stress and help to stay fit and active.

In 2013 Cheryl received her 25 hour Vinyasa Yoga for Youth teacher training and started teaching in elementary schools in Saskatoon. In spring of 2016, she continued her teacher training, completing her 75 hour VYFY. She then joined the team teaching with Care and Share Fall and Winter programs for K-grade 8.

Cheryl has been known for her Family Yoga classes at One Yoga Saskatoon.

In 2018, Cheryl completed her level 1 Teacher Training, completing her level 2 in 2019. As well, she received her Chair Yoga Teacher Training in 2019. She is currently working on an on-line trauma informed youth yoga training.

The classes Cheryl creates and leads with children and families spark love and happiness!
