Andrew Barclay has been practicing yoga since 2005. He quickly learned that yoga became a reliable way to release stress, feel at ease mentally and grounded physically. Along with yoga, he incorporates energetic and personal development tools to navigate daily challenges with clarity and ease.
His classes are fun, powerful and inclusive. The style of yoga he teaches is based on intuitive movement, where the structure and alignment of traditional teachings meets creativity and fun. There is no set of rules and how to’s here.
He has trained with Ryan Leier and extensively with Baron Baptiste. He is also a purpose coach, supporting high achieving individuals identify their purpose to live a balanced and successful life.
